Covid Vaccine Clinic Student Information

Essex County Public Schools will host a Pfizer vaccine clinic on Friday Oct. 1, 2021, at Essex High School from 10am-12pm.  The clinic will vaccinate for both 1st, 2nd, 3rd and booster dose (if it is approved by the FDA prior to this clinic). Students ages 12 years and older, parents, and staff of Essex County Public Schools are also welcome to register. During school hours, parents/guardians do not need to be present but do need to sign the consent on the registration form for their child. The consent form is provided below. Vaccine will not be given to anyone without signed consent. Vaccines will be available for both in-person learning as well as those who are virtual learning students.

* If anyone is receiving their 2nd, 3rd or booster dose (if it is approved by the FDA prior to this clinic) they must have their vaccine card with them.

After scheduling the appointment, click on the registration form. Please ensure the child brings the completed and signed registration form with them on the day of the vaccine clinic.

If your child attends James H. Carey Intermediate School, we are willing to transport the child (ren) by bus to Essex High School. Please contact JCIS for more information.

Finally, the clinic will take place in the high school gym. Please use the doors to EHS commons area. If you have any questions, please contact your child’s school.
