ALERT - ALL STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE AN “ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS” THIS YEAR!

WHY ARE WE ASKING PARENTS TO COMPLETE THIS PROCESS? 

  • Reduce our carbon footprint - With the new online process, the bulk of our paper forms requiring parent signatures are now housed in this program for your signature (example: technology usage agreement, student code of conduct)

  • Ease and availability to register new students - Because our registration system is now online, any parent can register a student at anytime and from any computer


RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION:

Parents of students who attended ECPS in 2021-2022 must complete the “Returning Student Registration” forms for your child by September 1, 2022 using the PowerSchool Parent Portal. In order to complete this process, parents must have a PowerSchool Parent Portal account.

    • Note- If you have more than one student at a school, click the top of the screen to access each child on your account.  You will need to complete the forms for each child in order for all records to be updated.

  • If you have forgotten your login information, CLICK HERE and then on this page, click “Forgotten Username or Password”.

  • How do I CREATE an account, if I do not have one, and I am a RETURNING STUDENT? 

    • Over the next few days, returning students that DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT already set up, will receive a letter in the mailbox containing directions and guidance as to how to create an account. The letter will have specific instructions based on your child’s information.

NEW  STUDENT REGISTRATION:

Parents of students who are new to ECPS this year must register their student(s) online by completing the “Pre-Student Registration”process.  Once the “Pre-Student Registration” process is complete you will receive an email with additional instructions on how to login to the Parent Portal Account.  In addition to registering online, you must also bring to the school all documents required to verify your registration. This will need to be completed in order for your child to be assigned to teacher’s classes, receive a schedule, and/or be assigned to a bus route.
