The School Division is pleased to welcome Mrs. Pamela Bell as Interim Superintendent. A passionate educator, transformational leader, and founder of MotiVision, LLC, Mrs. Bell brings more than 30 years of experience inspiring students, empowering educators, and leading schools to success.

Throughout her distinguished career, Mrs. Bell has served as a teacher, principal, and central office executive, helping schools overcome challenges and achieve excellence through her unwavering belief in the potential of every child. Her energetic leadership style, commitment to building strong relationships, and focus on student success have positively impacted thousands of students and educators across Virginia.

"I believe that when schools, families, and communities join forces, there is no limit to what our students can achieve," said Mrs. Bell.

As Interim Superintendent, Mrs. Bell looks forward to partnering with students, staff, families, and community members to continue moving the division forward with hope, pride, and purpose.
